In early 2002 my family was put to the test as my then 9 year-old son Frankie courageously battled and defeated leukemia with the tremendous help and support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. During the more than 6 months of his chemotherapy and treatments, I was compelled to write Stack The Logs! to provide others with a framework and strategy for success. We are blessed and thankful that Frankie’s story and outcome is a positive one. We also have grieved for the heartbreaking loss of friends we made during Frankie’s treatment.
